I utilise a holistic approach and a range of different tools to do this, including hands-on bodywork, trigger point release, myofascial release, breathwork, somatic movement, yoga and Tai Chi. I have joint hypermobility myself, and for many years didn't really understand why I often struggled with certain types of movement and recurring pain. This personal experience, along with many years of seeing clients with joint hypermobility has given me a deep understanding of the condition and the challenges it presents.
