I utilise a holistic approach and a 'no pain, no strain' approach to movement, which will help you to release tension and replace it with a calm nervous system and efficient movement patterns. Through gentle movement, breath work, proprioception work, and strength work, we re-educate your nervous system and balance your body.

This is deeply personal work for me as I have hypermobility, and I struggle with movement and recurring pain. I have a deep understanding of hypermobility and the challenges it presents.
