Booking Terms and Conditions
Every new client must complete an online intake form (a link to this is included in your booking confirmation). This is a requirement of my insurance and professional memberships, and I cannot work with anyone unless this form is completed. Your personal information will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Payment
I accept cash and contactless card payments. Regular clients may pay by bank transfer, which must be completed within 24 hours of the session ending. If you book a session online, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
For one-off sessions, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or if you fail to attend your appointment, the full session fee will be charged. This policy is necessary due to room hire costs and the limited availability of appointments.
For session packages, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or if you do not attend your appointment, that session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or credited back to your package. Session Packages
Session packages must be used within set time frames from the date of purchase:
3 sessions = 4 months
4 sessions = 5 months
5 session = 6 months
6 sessions = 7 months
7 sessions = 8 months
8 sessions = 9months
9 sessions = 10 months
10 sessions = 12 months
Illness
Please do not attend a session if you have a virus or contagious illness. If you would like to read more about this policy, please click here.
Late Arrivals
If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late to a session, please call or text me so that I know you are on your way and safe. Late arrival may result in a shortened session, which will still be charged at the full rate.
Consent and Professional Boundaries
Removing clothing is entirely optional, and you will never be pressured in any way to remove clothing that you do not wish to remove. You may withdraw your consent to any assessment, treatment or exercise at any time during the session. My work is entirely non-sexual in nature. Any divergence from this will result in the immediate termination of the session.
Chaperones
Every client is welcome to bring a chaperone to their session. Please let me know in advance if you wish to do so.
Medical Information
You agree to inform me of any changes to your medical history at the start of each session.
Termination of a Session
I reserve the right to end any session at my discretion. You are also free to end the session at any time.
