I teach Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chi Gong and breathwork at various venues in Macclesfield and online.
I keep class numbers low (10 or less) so that you won't feel lost in a crowd of people. While I may be the teacher, my main goal has always been to open doors for people to learn about their bodies (and minds), so any class with me is about exploring your body's movement potential, not just copying what I am doing. I will guide you on a journey into your body, suggesting ways it could move with more ease, feel more spacious and function well.
As an autistic person, I am deeply committed to making my classes accessible for everyone who is neurodivergent. Inclusivity and authenticity are important to me. Small group classes for neurodivergent people who want to explore movement and mindfulness in a supportive environment. Sliding scale contributions.
1-2-1 Movement, Mindfulness or Breathwork
Online sessions focused on you and your needs. This could include recovering from an injury, understanding your body and anatomy, exploring breathwork, learning how to relax, or cultivating a home practice.
