Restorative Yoga
This is a gentle form of yoga which can be practiced by anyone. It serves to bring space and a sense of openess to the whole body, can help to release emotional and physical tension, and quieten the mind. Props are used so that the body is able to soften while feeling supported. Restorative yoga is the perfect tool for bringing balance to your life, allowing you important time for rest and renewal.

  • Small group classes with a maximum of 4 people per class
  • 75 min class, all equipment provided
  • Third Friday of every month at Adelphi Mill

Foundations of Yoga
This is six week workshop especially for people who are new to yoga. If you think that you are too inflexible/stiff/unfit for yoga then this is a great place to start! Over the course of the workshop we progressively explore the fundamentals of a sustainable yoga practice, looking at different poses, the breath, how we move and how we can learn to relax, before bringing it all together to form a well-rounded practice. This workshop will provide you will everything you need to move forwards and feel confident to practice in a class or at home.
