Focused on your individual needs and interests, private sessions allow for deeper focus on alignment, exploration of movement patterns, breathing techniques and meditation, as well as space and time to delve into other aspects of yoga such as using it to as a tool to help decrease stress or anxiety. Private sessions are the perfect partner for bodywork. Many clients chose to work this way, exploring how to care for their bodies and minds, and increasing their self-awareness in the process. One-to-one tuition costs £45 for 60mins. Private sessions are usually given on a one-to-one basis, but if you want to share one with a friend, then please get in touch.
