If you are suffering from lower back pain, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, an injury, anxiety or insomnia why not consider coming to work with me on a one-to-one basis, exploring the tools that yoga, somatic movement, relaxation techniques, breathwork and mindfulness can offer you.

My private sessions are the perfect partner for myofascial release and massage. Many clients chose to work with me in this way, exploring how to care for their bodies, and increasing their self-awareness through a variety of different modalities.
